E-COMMUNICATION UPDATES & going paperless

Pacific Dental Studio is now utilizing YAPI dental software to communicate with patients. This means that our office will be sending email and text message communications and reminders to you prior to upcoming appointments. We hope these digital communication features will make appointment confirmations easier for everyone. Our office will be asking for updated email address and mobile phone numbers. If you prefer traditional phone calls, please just let us know. We also still ask that you call our office for scheduling appointments or making any schedule changes to existing appointments. 

Additionally, we will be utilizing Dentrix and YAPI dental softwares to go paperless. This means we will have electronic forms available, and will be offering payment methods via "click to pay" links, in addition to being able to pay for services in person or by mail. Pacific Dental Studio is looking forward to updating its practices, starting with more streamlined communication and payment options for patients and reducing our carbon footprint.
